At Dr-Is-In we strive to help people achieve their highest quality of life. In order to make your experience easier, we have set up an interactive appointment book so you can set your own appointments. Payment is made through PayPal using either an e-check, credit card or existing PayPal account.

Initial consultation by phone (Counseling, Expert Witness Consultation, Program Development): 90 minutes $150
Weekly meeting by phone: 50 minutes $85
Case Review: 6-8 Hours $600
Court Testimony: up to 8 hours $900
Instant Access is an innovative program we have designed to assist attorneys and their clients in accessing services. Clients (or their attorney) can login to our appointment book and schedule an intake (usually within 24 hours). We have appointments from 8am until 8pm 7-days a week.
Please print out and get your client to sign the forms. Mail the forms to PO Box 1688 Alachua, FL 32616. The client can be mailed hard-copies of the appropriate legal documents (HIPAA, Consent for Treatment and Release of Information), but this usually delays the process. Information about the results of the assessment cannot be provided to anyone but the client until the appropriate releases are received.
The intake is conducted over the phone and, after the intake is complete,the client will be referred (as appropriate) to a local treatment provider. Clients will continue to have weekly phone meetings with their counselor until they either get into local treatment, or successfully complete the intervention program with us.
Instant Access resolves many of the common problems that people face when trying to get into treatment: Transportation, appointment times and waiting lists. Our program is based on best practices set forth by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and include motivational interviewing, brief interventions and a solution-focused, dual-disorders approach to treatment.
